Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Purpose of Naseeb

Naseeb is a guardian-mediated matchmaking platform that facilitates deliberate, reviewed introductions between individuals seeking a lawful Islamic marriage. Introductions are initiated intentionally — by a user or by a family guardian (Wali) acting on a ward's behalf — and, where a guardian is linked, are subject to the guardian's review and approval before a conversation may begin. The platform does not offer swipe-based browsing or casual dating. Our sole function is to provide a communication service for initiating contact between potential spouses.

2. No Liability or Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Naseeb is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or intentions of any user on or off the platform
• We do not guarantee the compatibility, character, or religious adherence of any member
• Any communication, meeting, or relationship that occurs as a result of using Naseeb is entirely at your own discretion and risk
• Naseeb provides only the "link" — the initial connection. What happens after that is outside our responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the platform with sincerity and honesty for the purpose of halal marriage
• Refrain from any harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior
• Comply with all local laws and Islamic guidelines in your conduct

4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Naseeb has a zero tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users.

• You may not use the platform to generate, share, or promote objectionable content, including but not limited to explicit, violent, harassing, hateful, threatening, or illegal materials.
• There is no tolerance for abusive behavior. Users found engaging in targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation will be immediately ejected from the platform.
• Naseeb reserves the right to moderate, filter, and permanently delete any content that violates these rules and to permanently block and eject any user responsible for such violations without prior notice.
• If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users, you must use the in-app reporting mechanism to flag them. Support will review and act on all reports within 24 hours.

5. No Match Guarantee

Naseeb does not guarantee:

• That you will find a match
• That a connection will lead to marriage
• That interactions will result in successful outcomes

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The app may include content or links from third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, and/or permanently block your access to Naseeb at any time for violating our Terms (including our policy on objectionable content), or if we believe your behavior is harmful to the community.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Naseeb is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any user or the functionality of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naseeb, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to physical, emotional, financial, or reputational harm.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naseeb, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Guardian (Wali) Role & Photo Sharing

Naseeb supports a guardian (Wali) role consistent with Islamic marriage customs:

• A user may link a guardian who can review, approve, or decline proposed matches and, where enabled, participate in or oversee approved conversations. Introductions may also be initiated by a guardian on a ward's behalf.
• By linking a guardian, you consent to sharing your relevant match and conversation information with that guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may remove a linked guardian at any time.
• Photo sharing is consent-based. Profile photos may be kept private and are shared with another user only through a mutual, in-conversation consent step. Either party may decline a request or make their photos private again at any time. Photo sharing is a free control and is never conditioned on any payment.

13. Purchases & Subscriptions

Core matchmaking — being introduced, guardian review and approval, and messaging within approved conversations — is available without any purchase. The platform does not charge to view another user, to express interest, or to have a match approved.

• Optional paid items are limited to a premium subscription and optional courtesy gifts. These are conveniences and are not required to use the core service.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Consumable items (such as gifts) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or the applicable store's policy.
